"I had contacted numerous other plumbers in our area to handle the repairs that I needed done. They either never called back or they did not show up when scheduled. Rapids Plumbing called back right away, came the following Monday and fixed everything that I needed fixed. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs and I will be using them again if needed."
